Much love

This is one of those moments where I'm acknowledging how good life is. I get to fall asleep next to my chosen life partner every night without a social stigma. We are close to our parents and two specific local families with young kids also treat us like family blessing me with the fond nicknames "Hay-hay" and "Aunt Heather." We have maintained some college friendships outside of Facebook and get to sing weekly. We meet every other month with a group of young couples for feasting and laughter which is where we spent our evening tonight. We remember God's love and grace. We are well loved and try to love well. I wish desperately that all people would feel so loved in the unique ways that we each crave.
