Table Manners

I know it looks like I'm obsessed with the computer (only before noon) but I wanted to share this asap. Over lunch with Nannan, one of my new Chinese friends, she asked me what my family usually eats at home. I first thought of chili and explained that it is a soup with tomatoes and meat it in. "Oh, rat?" she inquired. "Rat?" I repeated. "Does it have rat in it?" "No... It's beef." "Oh, okay." I tried to think of other things we eat at home but had a very difficult time not laughing out loud. :-)
